What’s the point? Who is this for?

How do I use them?

Using them is quite simple – you slide them on, a little past the tip of your toes (but this is up for personal preference). You can wear them barefoot, inside socks, or fully inside shoes (as long as your feet fit – wont work in tight shoes).

At first you may feel some discomfort as your toes aren’t used to it – but this is totally fine! We find that over the first few days your foot gets very used to it and any initial feelings of strangeness go away.

Can I wear them whilst walking?
